The Website Messages section is a central location where you can create and manage all the text messages used throughout the system, including those displayed on your public reservation pages.
The initial page displays a comprehensive list of all the messages currently entered into the system. This includes standard messages such as:
From this list, you can either edit an existing message or create a new one.
To modify an existing message, simply click on its title in the message list. This will open the settings page for that specific message.
To create a new message, click the “Add Message” button. This will take you to the settings page where you can define the content of your new message.
The settings page for each website message allows you to configure its content and properties:
Enter a descriptive title for your message. This title is primarily for your internal organization and identification of the message within the system.
You have the option to upload images that can be included within your message content. These images can help enhance the visual appeal or provide additional context to your messages.
This is where you type the actual text of your message. Use the available formatting options to structure your message clearly and effectively. This content will be displayed in the relevant sections of the system or on your public reservation pages.
The website messages are used to create custom sections of reservation pages. You should add all your reservation messages to this section and then go to your reservation page is that it screen and link which messages he want to appear in which sections of your reservation page.
In the website messages section you can upload graphics. Images will replace the graphic codes when you insert the code into your message.
You can add as many messages as you need. If you have several different properties, you may want to add different header messages for each property, for example.
The message title is just used for you to be able to organize your messages. You should use descriptive titles so you know which message to link when you are editing your reservation page. For example, if you have two vacation houses and you are using different headers for each house, it might be a good idea to put the house name and the word header in the title for each message.
